I thought I was booking a facial and an eyebrow wax online. But on arrival at Salon, realised I had only booked wax. Your web booking system needs to redirect back to facial section to ensure both facial and wax are booked. I was really disappointed as I had totally rearranged my whole day to fit in the facial.

The therapist for my last treatment was excellent. I have previously been disappointed in service while I was trying to make an appointment. Following a spray tan I was paying at reception and checked on an upcoming appointment I had. I was told it had been booked in error and I would not be able to have the treatment as only a few staff were qualified to perform it and they didn't work in Monday's. The staff member asked if I would be able to come in on another day and I replied no, as I have young kids, that was my only available day. The staff member then said "well that's what you get for having kids". Unprofessional and unpleasant.

I was a little cold during my massage. Don't know if the air conditioner could have been turned to a warmer temp perhaps or the towels a little warmer.
