The service itself was good and so was the atmosphere. I went to get my eyebrows waxed, and I have always had them quite thick. At the time I thought my brows looked ok but upon getting home and washing my face I noticed that my brows are now waxed to quite thin. I remembered that the therapist never asked me what style I prefer or how I wanted my bros waxed and now I am left with thin brows to try to grow out to look more thick and natural again. I am disappointed about this experience, and while the therapist was nice, it is important to ask people if they have a preference for the waxing. You wouldn’t give someone a wax without asking how much they wanted off, why would you do that for brows?

I had my first appointment with Collaroy Skin Care and Beauty Retreat and enjoyed it thoroughly. Walked out feeling refreshed, relaxed and that my skin was in very good hands. Have already made a follow up appointment!
