I’ve had many spa treatments in my life in Australia and overseas, this was my first visit to LM Spa and as I’m used to five star experience I was disappointed with the experience at this spa. Firstly there were rough road to get there and now my car requires a wash! My Moroccan steam experience was good, area for change and showers was disgusting and messy I don’t care that the place was busy these facilities need to be cleaned consistently. I was disappointed there was no disposable underwear for my three hour treatment, the music playing did my head in and I could barely relax, until almost half way that finally the staff member lowered the sound in treatment room, no aromatic scent anywhere, no candles or scent I asked for some aroma so I can feel the experience of three hour long! Unfortunately I didn’t feel it was worth the money, I was told when booking the Moroccan Melt that I could ask for change of massage like include a mask or scrub instead of 90mins continuous treatment. I was told I’ll have to pay extra so I declined. I don’t think I’ll return to this facility it felt like a leisure Centre because of people in and out of the pools and in the lounge there was a crowd. Nothing special about it, although the lady who treated me did her best and was nice and polite. I felt sorry for her doing three hours non stop! Anyhow definitely will go to eastern side of Melbourne for better spa experience next time.

The ambience in LM Spa is relaxing, soothing music and herbal tea were welcome on arrival. My full body massage was by far the best I have had. Amy was so professional and offered good advice on some ongoing muscle problems. The form of massage she did was firm but relaxing. I would highly recommend LM Spa at Lancemore.

Couples Recovery, Spa and Massage with champagne and hand made sweets. We both enjoyed this lovely treatment. Unfortunately the water temperature was EXCESSIVELY hot when we initially attempted to get into the tub, we had to add considerable cold water in order to get in. Once in, the Spa is “intimate” in size, watch those drain holes they are very easy to accidentally release. The massage was fabulous, the therapists were very attentive, cooling the room and moving our champagne to poolside when our treatment had finished.

The service at L.M. Spa was wonderful. They were thoughtful and professional when catering to my individual needs. My facial with Simone was incredibly relaxing and her expert advice on how I should take care of my skin was much appreciated. The pool was lovely after my treatment and it was an all around great experience.
