The women who tanned me was very unfriendly and was unhelpful with helping me will my colour and layers of tan. I am usually very happy to come but I will not come back.

I received an 8hr full body tan but the tan didn't turn out quite as wanted. Requested a dark tan but most came off in the morning and left me with an almost light tan than could have been self applicated. Arms and chest ended up different shades and tan under the arms had already come off by the end of the next day. Experience and treatment were all very professional and really good, only the end result that didn't work out.

I had a lash lift, Im happy with the outcome but I believe that if client has to wait in a room by themsleves for 10 mintues or more without being able to move or see than the therapists should give the client a hand massage or a head massage to fill in the time. I dont suffer from claustaphobia but on this occasion I totally freaked out and became really anxious, 10 minutes is a long time have your eyes shut and not moving. Most other salons provide this service and this is what make a good therapist stand out from the rest and makes a client come back. I personally would not have this treatment again. Like I said I was happy with the lash lift and the therapist was nice but the anxiety caused is not worth the trouble. I didnt tell the therapist because i was embarassed that i freaked out. The only thing that calmed me down was in the next room a man was getting waxed and i could hear their conversation which allowed me to get distracted from my anxiety. the therapst did ask me if i will be ok by myself and i thought i would be.

The only place I go/trust for a lash lift and tint! Unfortunately, time was less great than usual. I saw the Junior therapist, who typically are very skilled at Beauty and bronze, so this was no issue. But this lash lift did not bring my usual great results, they look quite sqare, instead of a nice round lift, and the dye or dye fumes got into my eyes and stung, making the experience uncomfortable, I can't help but think this impacted the outcome of the lift and tint. The process felt a lot more rough than in the past too, with a lot more pressure on my eyes and scraping the lashes onto the lift pad, usually I have had a much more gentle experience. I think I will be a little more selective with my therapist next time, but still haven't lost faith here!

I found the girl who tidied my eyebrows lovely. She was interested in me ,and we had a nice chat. I found the girl who did my tan a little unhelpful asking me to decide when I would have liked her opinion a little more, however happy with tan colour.
