Lovely looking salon. However the tan was dissapointing, I wish they had explained how deep the different colours are, I would have chosen a darker one. I followed the instructions and it is still streaky/patchy. I tried this salon because my regular person is on leave and I think I will stick with them. Sorry, cant justify a tan thats over $50 that is patchy. Im sure the staff is nice but didnt get a sense of welcome as a new customer.

The salon wasn't as relaxing as chadstone salon . It seem more business like instead of a place for pampering .

I have been a customer for a while and have never had a problem. However I am very unhappy about my eyebrow wax from yesterday. The therapist didn't offer me a mirror to check them before she finished as normally happens and I didn't think about it until I looked at my eyebrows later that afternoon at home. They have not been shaped at all, with many half grown hairs remaining which obviously don't belong, I'm going to have to pay to have them done again. All that was done was the stray hairs around the eyebrows removed. If I had been shown them while I was there I would have asked for them to be fixed but I didn't realise that the therapist would require that much direction.

My tan was not thorough at all and the woman doing it appeared to rush me a lot. I was overall very disappointed as I asked for a dark tan and when I showered this morning it looked like I had never been tanned particularly on my arms chest and face, despite me asking my tanner to ensure that those areas are very dark as my legs were not as important as they will not be visible with the dress I am wearing on the event I got my tan for.
