The lady did a good job but she missed patches of hairs on my legs unfortunately. Next time it would be nice if she did a check over of my legs, as I understand it's harder when the hair is blonde but it is frustrating finding patches of hair straight after your appointment.

My new lashes are beautiful. My daughter recommended you to me and when returning to show her she was very satisfied like myself. However she questioned whether a discount was given as she referred you to me or will my daughter get the discount I'm hoping. Not sure but I didn't receive much information on how to care for my new lashes or wasn't offered products. My daughter asked how much I paid and was shocked. My daughter asked if products were included in that price...none other than the serum. She showed me a eye makeup remover that wasn't offered to me..

Hi Lisa, I'm so glad you love your lashes by Chloe. I've spoken with Chloe and she was a bit shocked as she did in fact go over homecare with you, including the instructions on the lash card, whether you can go swimming, etc. She also mentioned that you lived elsewhere and wrote down your sizes and passed them onto your local lash tech in Mildura. Regarding our referral discount, we have a special referral card which we use to apply this discount and there was no mention of this, however I'm more than happy for you to call the salon and we can organize a 10% refund onto your card. The cost is also the same amount your daughter paid for her first set which is $149 which is much cheaper than some of the salons in Camberwell, also the sealant that you purchased costs us money to buy so unfortunately we can't include this in our price. In regards to the eye makeup remover, I personally recommend this however Chloe has mixed thoughts on this so this may have been why she didn't recommend it for you personally. I'm sorry you were shocked by these things, however we pride ourselves on our service, salon and customer care. Getting a spray tan in the rooms during summer is ridiculously hot and causes the tan to run and gather every time, even when it's not that hot outside. You need to think about how uncomfortable it is and the 'finished product'.

Overall the quality of the lash lift was really average. One side was done beautifully except some lashes were missed so they sit straight and low rather than curled with the remainder of my lashes. The other side is not so great. The curl is noticeably less than the other side and the lashes towards the other corner of my eye do not curl as the other side. Some of the lashes are also crinkled which isn't a good look. I was hoping for beautifully fanned out curled lashes. I probably won't come back for this treatment because I don't feel that the attention to detail is there - the crinkled lashes, uneven curl, missed lashes and some clumping tigger of the lashes is disappointing even though the girl that did them was nice.
