Today I had a G-String wax and I was disappointed with the overall outcome. On previous occasions a lot more care was taken and along with the waxing I was clipped and trimmed. This did not happen this time. I did not come out feeling that I had received a true g-strig wax. I think the service needs to be more consistent between staff.

I had a bikini wax and a spraytan. The tan was good as usual, but the therapist doing my bikini wax went over and over the same areas and I don't think the wax was set enough as she would pull it and it wouldn't come off. Quite unpleasant to say the least! Then when I got home and looked it's all uneven. One side quite different to the other! Usually good there, but not this time.

I think the place and staff are great. My one source of disquiet is that after doing my front, I sometimes ask if they could also wax the small amount of hair I have on my back, but when I ask them to do that I get charged the same as if I had my back covered with hair. Given that I am a loyal repeat customer and that it takes 1 strip of cloth and 30 secs to do my back, I think it would be a nice customer service gesture not to charge for that :)

We appreciate all of our loyal customers and reward them with our loyalty points program which gives you roughly 10% off (which you receive) and also birthday discounts- which you received at the time of your appointment also. The small of your back is only charged as a 'lower back' and not the full back. As much as we would love to give you this treatment for free, we honestly can't run a business like this as it still does cost us money. We pride ourselves on the quality of products used and the training required to complete our services and we hope you can understand that we do need to charge our customers. I am usually charged $30 as I have hardly any re growth however was charged $45 today by someone else who wasn't providing the service because it wasn't within 4 weeks. Never had this issue before.

I felt like the quality of my tan was pretty poor. It was uneven and patchy

Hey there, we’d love some more info regarding your appointment today so we can help train our staff a little better. In the meantime, since your appointment for a spray tan was only today and won’t have had time to develop and can sometime look patchy after the initial wash (especially for 1 & 2 hour tans) for another 8 hours please let us know if the outcome isn’t perfect and we’d love to fix it up

Overall, the service was great. BUT I was left uncertain as to what protective measures were being adopted in relation to the coronavirus. For instance, it was not clear - are tables being wiped down between clients? Without being provided with this information l was a bit anxious about whether l should have even visited .

Hi there, thanks for your feedback. We pride ourselves in our extremely high level of hygiene from the moment of booking your appointment to the time you leave. In our emails to clients as restrictions were eased we outlined our cleaning procedures we would be (and still do) implementing between each client. Also, you would have noticed our extremely large illuminated sign as you walk in next to our contactless wash station where each client is asked to wash their hands before having your temperature taken. To be clear, each appointment has been extended to ensure thorough cleaning and sanitizing of our rooms, the bedding has been stripped from our beds and replaced with disposable bed liners. I hope this puts to bed any of your concerns and I hope we can receive a higher rating.
