When I said it was my first time for the procedure, I was not given any further information about it or what they were doing at any time. With eyes closed this can be a bit uncomfortable

The overall experience was really good along with good customer service. The only thing I would like to comment on is that I got my full face waxed including eyebrows, upper lip, chin and side burns. Although the neck was done for free, I thought I could have got a better deal for the entire face.

The waxing is quick and high standard and the salon itself is clean and pleasant. However I do find it exhausting and mildly irritating having to contend with the constant chatter from extremely young beauticians who prattle endlessly about themselves! I am there to relax and I really have nothing in common with these young girls. Perhaps they should be trained to read the cues from the clients. This has happened to me every time and is almost enough to dissuade me from visiting again, despite all the other atributes of the salon. if this makes me sound grumpy then so be it. However I am always civil and polite- I just don't want to talk!!!

normally my lashes are done perfect but this time a few were missed and since i paid a fair bit for them I'm a little sad. it was a different beautician so wouldn't use them again.

I've got my lashes done at beauty and bronze before but this time my end result of my lashes lift looked crooked instead of each lash flicking up. I'm not sure if I could want to pay 100 for this result again

I came in earlier today, i've been here before and always love the resulting tan! However, today i had a slightly unfortunate experience and noticed only once i had gotten home. Most of my body looked great however the practitioner missed a large amount of my bottom (i guess you would describe it as the inside cheek, nearing my crack) which is quite frustrating and an obvious difference between the tan and my very pale skin!

Hi Hannah, when wearing a g-string for spray tans I find this patch will always occur as the spray tan can't get through the material. I hope this helps x
