Staff were amazing but unfortunately my tan was very spotty (freckle like) and very uneven. Wont be back or recommending, sorry.

Music in waiting area quite loud ... Could still be heard in consult rooms...so mix of musics a bit much

Friendly & chatty staff, nice & clean building. A few times I've found the appointments go overtime, so you can be waiting on the couch for a bit waiting for your beautician to be free. I do enjoy coming here though because you guys are very quick - in/out. Especially for waxing... you don't want to turn it into a 45min ordeal... like it is at some other places.

When I said it was my first time for the procedure, I was not given any further information about it or what they were doing at any time. With eyes closed this can be a bit uncomfortable

The overall experience was really good along with good customer service. The only thing I would like to comment on is that I got my full face waxed including eyebrows, upper lip, chin and side burns. Although the neck was done for free, I thought I could have got a better deal for the entire face.
