service was great, salon was presented clean and bright. very disappointed in my outcome, it will take years to repair my snapped hair. over all customer after care was fantastic, hope this mistake is never made again.

Hair washing was the worst I have ever experienced she realllybhurt my head was very uncomfortable Sorry but not worth the money I was charged more than what I was told

I have had 2 separate experiences that I believe could have been better. I had booked in for the smoothing treatment and the hair dresser that I was booked with had other clients she kept leaving me and my treatment process to go and complete. Then I believe hair dressers that weren't experienced in doing the smoothing treatment were then asked to help out. I had 4 hair dressers work on my hair throughout my appointment and dragged out as I was regularly sitting their waiting for the hair dresser to come back to finish my hair. Then when I had booked in and asked to have a specific hair dresser to cut my hair I arrived and ended up having someone else cut it.

I am glad that I will have my regular hairdresser next time. Thank You. I'm sorry I don't feel that I should have to ask for product in my hair,it should be offered and up sold by the hairdresser. I love your salon to bits and I have a favourite there that just knows how I like to walk out at the end of my visit. Hairwashing is a total magic experience ,your stressed and tired and look forward to lying back and haveing that wash and massage. Some just need a little more practise at this skill.

Nice salon but disappointed this time haircut shocker all uneven at the back didn’t get what I asked for foils not placed to break up root colour I know should go back but can’t trust again you know it’s bad when someone asks why you didn’t get a trim as well glad they didn’t see the back wait for it to settle and hopefully get fixed
