Hello, I have visited your salon four times now, and intend to continue coming in. You have a very positive work culture as well as friendly and polite staff. However, I do have some suggestions. Please read them in the most positive and happy light possible. I don't want anyone to get into trouble; these are just potential learnings. 1. It would be good for the customer to be assured that when they book in with a particular stylist that they are the person that works on their hair. I am very picky about the neatness of my hair colour - particularly around the front as I have had stylists at other salons do an exceptionally neat job, minimising the amount of residual dye on my forehead hair line - I get a dark brown tint, so you can imagine it is very obvious on my fair skin. Anyway, my point is, I had a very good experience with Amber the first time I saw her when I asked for this but today another person was there assisting her. I would not have minded so much had they introduced themselves to me and been up to speed with my little pedantic issue but alas, they were not, and in their enthusiasm spread quite a bit of colour around. 2. It is hard to get a booking sometimes because you have a popular salon - so it helps if I can multitask and get some work done. The colour table is great, but perhaps some power outlets for those with a laptop could be good? OR, even better, if you could install tables in front of the mirrors at the hair-cutting stations. You are probably thinking, no, I am not changing my beautiful infrastructure, but I honestly think it would be worth doing. Those little tables are very pretty but very impractical. Another reason to consider changing the hair station set up is that the mirror and chair situation is not overly flattering, especially for the curvier of us, and it would be better for all concerned not to have to observe the rolling hills of fat around my tummy more than they inadvertently need to. 3. It would be super if you had sparkling water - even a soda stream would be fine. 4. I know this is a work in progress, but WIFI would be a big plus. I managed to get by today hotspotting but it tore through my battery. I hope you find my comments helpful, or informative. I look forward to seeing you all at my next appointment. Warmest regards, Alana
