Had too many staff turnovers, just got to know someone, and there gone. Why is that? Had some wonderful experiences with some amazing/ talented people. Massages to die for....... Bit too hard sell nowadays.. Country, it's not gunna work x

My experience with the professional that I usually have, has been nothing but exceptional. Unfortunately when this person was away I had an appointment with another person. I have never complained about the quality of work, finished result, time spent and professional attitude before. On another occation my daughter also saw this same person, as I was seeing my usual professional she was treated by the person to whom I am complaining about. She had exactly the same procedures yet was out 20 minutes before me. She was not happy with her experience or finished result. I was fortunately able to get her in to see the person that I always ask for this last time she came home, and she said the result was a 10 out of 10. The previous time she would have given a 5 if lucky. I have to agree with her my experience 8 weeks ago was 5 out of 10. If it was not for the professionalism of the person that I see, I probably would have gone elsewhere. Sorry to say. I have always enjoyed my time at Wellsprings and have been treated in a friendly caring manner, but I would hope that all the staff produced work to the same quality especially since the cost is the same. So yes I will recommend Wellsprings to my friends, but at the moment only to the person that I prefer to see.
