I really enjoyed my facial my however there was no real skin consultation or discussion about what I wanted to achieve from the facial. I felt I had chosen the wrong one. The therapist didn't really understand the products but applied them well. Overall I was happy.

You do need a greater variety of magazines but that is the only possible area for improvement.
