I have attended wellsprings on multiple occasions for a variety of treatments and it’s always lovely. I did feel a little rushed with today’s treatment. It was also the first time I’ve attended and not been given a robe or the opportunity to change before my service. Usually I would enjoy the refreshments after my service in the lounge but chose to skip that this time as I felt a little uncomfortable being the only person in there in my street clothes. I feel like the locker use, robe, serenity lounge, refreshments etc. all add to the experience of attending wellsprings and so it just didn’t feel very luxurious or special today.

I thought the overall experience was really nice, having not been to weelsprings before it was a really lovely first experience. The two women we had doing the massages were great and really helped to set the environment, they were very professional, cannot fault them. The only thing that would possibly deter me from returning is the price point. I view it as more of a luxury experience so not sure how frequently I would return. However, will definitely recommend your services to others. Thanks for a lovely morning
