Hi guys, I was in the hair lounge this evening and received a blow wave and treatment. The experience was wonderful and inviting, however I was a little let down by a few things. I was not offered a beverage on my arrival or during the service which was disappointing after a long day at work and the price that I was paying for this service it would have been very greatly appreciated. I also feel as though I received very little interaction from the stylist, who was also very slow in her service. If these points could perhaps be bought to the stylists attention to ensure that her clients are feeling most satisfied when leaving, feeling as though they have got the ultimate experience and value for money.
