I had a 90 minute massage at wellsprings and the actual massage was great, the staff was great however when i pay for a 90 minute massage i would like 90 minutes of treatment not from arriving getting undressed then starting. i had to get un dressed and then re dressed straight after my massage in the room. i didn't have a chance to relax and have a drink. i then was booked in for a blow dry, this was not worth $70 i regret getting it done i should have saved my money and done it at home. i think that there should be a lounge area that you go to get changed into your robe then go back and wait till your treatment is ready to commence so you get your whole treatment time. Once the treatment is over you return to the lounge and offered a refreshment. Specially when your at a day spa. My blow wave was rushed and i walked out like i hadn't had it done, two girls rushed me out i tied my hair straight up, i had a glass of water in front of me was not offered a refill or coffee or tea., for a total service of $240 i was not happy at all. Would not recommended this as a day spa, might as well pay less and go to a massage bar for $60

The treatment itself was great and the person was great as well but when I book in for a 90 minute treatment I expect 90 minutes from the start of the treatment not from the time I get there then go in the room and get undressed and wait for the person to come in room, you should have a room where you can go to get undressed and put on a rob then go in and relax and have a dink or tea whilst waiting to be taken in for your treat then once your treatment is completed return to that room and have a drink and relax not be rushed out of the room. I also had a blow wave after my treatment but it was not worth $65 I should have saved my money and done it myself as I just tied my hair up straight after it as it was the quickest blow wave I have ever had and definitely not worth the money it felt so rushed and was not relaxing at all. Very disappointed

From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed and relaxed. The girls greeted me warmly and offered me a cup of tea or water before my massage. The whole atmosphere of Wellsprings is pleasant from the beautiful aroma when you walk in the door to the lovely staff that look after you whilst you are there. My massage was amazing and I would always highly recommend Wellsprings to family and friends. Thank you

I appreciated and was impressed by the high standard of customer service leading up to my appointment. My usual therapist was absent and I was offered the opportunity to have another therapist or make another appointment. I am glad I kept the appointment as I was extremely happy with the therapist allocated (Laurie). Laurie was professional but also very welcoming and sincere. She was efficient and gentle. Thanks for a great visit!
