I was so looking forward to feeling relaxed and better after a massage today but unfortunately I was disappointed. The staff were all very courteous and pleasant as I arrived but felt very rushed to fill in the form. The massage room felt very cold and was huge- giving no ambiance. I felt my actual aroma massage was very rushed and not done very well -the aroma of the oil was divine. I have experienced massage at Wellsprings in the past a number of years ago - it was divine !!!. I hope my feedback is taken as assisting on improvements.
