I am not a regular customer, however, over the years I have had experiences at the spa and always come away with the same feeling. The questionnaire is unnecessarily comprehensive and I felt like I was there to have my appendix out or something very serious carried out, not a facial! I always get the feeling that the staff are trying to sell me things, it's like an upgrade at McDonalds and I don't like the pressure. I never feel like I'm getting great value for money.
