I had a massage and facial & was looking forward to a relaxing experience, however I was placed into a room where I could hear the constant chatter between the staff & customer in the treatment room next to me. 3 different clients were in the room during my treatment time and then I could hear a machine operating! Surely when booking someone in for a 90min service you would consider which treatment room you are placing them in. Its not like there wasn't other rooms available & a small consideration can make or break the treatment. Also the treatment advertised online described a choice of hand or foot massage. I wasn't given an option & received neither. I instead had a scalp massage which I dislike & one of the reasons I chose the facial I did was because it didn't include a scalp massage. Overall a very disappointing experience & I feel ripped off. Won't be back

I came for an eyebrow wax and tint and left with half the thickness of my brows when I dont have thickness.and I didn't ask to be insulted or diagnosed about the dryness of my skin or to hear about products I don't want to know about.

I actually thought a joke was being played on me as the session was booked by a family member. The staff were just there to sell their products Instead of making me relaxed and enjoying my facial. A half hour session I was lucky to have had a 15 minute facial and I walked out of there looking like a child painted my face with mud.
