lovely place my massage was ok I felt like she was using an elbow to get rid of my knots I thought it would be more relaxing the facial was lovely she the therapist tried to suggest I buy a product but I declined I will use my own products till I run out then consider theirs. overall I like visiting vitality the staff are polite friendly and make you feel like home when having my massage the therapist let me relax didn't try to talk which I needed peace and quiet I will be back again soon :)

As a first time customer, I believe it to be important to be transparent with pricing when prescribing multiple treatments in one session before going ahead with treatment so as not to shock with final cost at the end of treatment.

I had a great experience at the venue and with my therapist. However I had a brow lamination and the tint was much darker than I would’ve liked. I think the therapist should of asked me what I prefer before hand instead they are now black and my hair is brown. It looks odd. And will now take time to fade.
