Hi I went for a lip wax , I know that you have a new girl . she was pleasant . But I think she needs more experience as the wax was cold !! and it wouldn,t move across my lip, she said sorry and that,s fine, also her nails where pressing into my lip and my face ,but I feel by mentioning this it may help her as she seemed very nice person .

The new salon is beautiful but the seating is a bit awkward and uncomfortable, would prefer actual chairs. Occasionally the appointments are running late (up to 25 minutes). Overall great service

My beauty therapist today, Gemma certainly made me feel I was being treated by an extremely knowledgeable and professional therapist. This certainly differed from the young lass that answered a phone call I made to vitality last week, when during the phone call the lass didn't seem to understand what I was after at all.
