Maddy is absolutely amazing at what she does! Everytime I come in for my eyebrow treatment I don't have to worry about anything. She always makes me feel so comfortable and can't thank her enough for saving my brows!!! So very happy with her, and will not go anywhere else!! Thank you Maddy!!

I popped in for an eyebrow wax and tint. My therapist was lovely, impeccably presented and helpful. Unfortunately due to no one manning the front counter she had to duck out and see to customers and I had to lie waiting for approx 10 mins. She was very apologetic which I appreciated however it was not ideal to be left waiting for almost as long as the service I was getting done takes. I would suggest having a front of house therapist who can assist walk ins and greet clients as they arrive. Had I been booked for a massage or facial and had to wait that long thus loosing 10 mins of my treatment time, i would have been very disappointed.

This is by far the best beautician around. The environment and service is exceptional and my 'go-to' luxury place. I can't recommend them high enough. All the team are incredible with the latest technology.

My beauty therapist today, Gemma certainly made me feel I was being treated by an extremely knowledgeable and professional therapist. This certainly differed from the young lass that answered a phone call I made to vitality last week, when during the phone call the lass didn't seem to understand what I was after at all.
