I had several waxing services completed by the lovely Lucy! She was so easy to talk to and instantly made me feel relaxed and at ease. It was my first time having waxing anywhere else than my eyebrows and Lucy did such a good job that most places were painless and I hardly felt anything! And the few areas that were painful Lucy took time between waxing strips and was more than happy for me to stop her if required. Lucy also suggested that I could be a good candidate for laser, and was happy to provide education and answer my questions about laser - it didn’t come across pushy or like a sales pitch which I’ve had in the past when attending beauty salons for services. I left feeling completely ready for my wedding in several days and was even gifted several trial sized products to try out which was such a lovely surprise. I will be sure to return and without a doubt will be recommending Lucy and Vitality Laser and Skin to my friends and family!
