lovely place my massage was ok I felt like she was using an elbow to get rid of my knots I thought it would be more relaxing the facial was lovely she the therapist tried to suggest I buy a product but I declined I will use my own products till I run out then consider theirs. overall I like visiting vitality the staff are polite friendly and make you feel like home when having my massage the therapist let me relax didn't try to talk which I needed peace and quiet I will be back again soon :)
