Can never ever fault Gemma she is amazing, however I had another girl a few days before who after being 15 minutes late getting me unto my appointment refused to laser me and gave very little explanation as to why other than i didnt shave the area taht day but did 2 days prior.i then had to rebook my appointment. Every experience I have had has been 15/10 and love having Gemma every appointment. Would recommend to anyone.
