well what a morning I describe my massage as a well needed one but when I rang to cancel beaucause of medical reasons I was told I would have to pay 50 per cent cancellation fees I understand processes are in place but as a valued customer as you say you don't seem to really care about your customer this is the first time I needed to cancel and could have proved my medical condition as its an ongoing one but I didn't feel like a valued customer as this phone call took place . look after your customers don't customers come first and this is the reason you have your business in the first place
