Prior or coming to Victorias I had leg waxes done at L'ton Skin Care Centre. When this establishment closed down I started coming to Victoria's as the girl who often did my legs a LSC also worked at Victoria's. She has since moved interstate and I have had a few other people from Victoria's complete my leg waxing. All girls have been fine but I do like having someone who knows how I like my legs done. WIth yet another new person today, I felt reluctant to ask to have the full leg taken just a little higher. I do not have bikini line done, but wearing boy leg bathers do appreciate having the full leg taken so it eliminates hair at the top of my leg. I guess it is my fault for not asking, but I just didn't feel comfortable asking. The female I had had previously was happy to go just a little higher for me when I asked. Hopefully if i have the same person again next time I will feel i can ask for that.

My first impression was very average. The new receptionist needs a lot of training she was not helpful. I was not given any paper work to fill in as this was my first time. The lady who performed the procedure was very good. My call to make the original booking was terrible, I thought I had phoned the wrong place.

Victoria's is has a very warm and inviting feel, from the moment you walk in the door. All the staff are very friendly and professional. I would just like to suggest that in the therapy rooms, that they might consider some relaxing mood music, as this would help the client to relax and zone out from the treatment.

I am looking to soften some scar tissue around my lip and laser therapy was one of the options, however this is not described on the website. The website only displays information about revitalising skin however there is no indication of any scar therapy.

The ticking clock is not very relaxing!

We do try to only have clocks that don't make a ticking noise, its hard that most of the time it cant be told until they are purchased and have batteries in them unfortunately. At your next appointment, if you happen to be in a room with a clock that ticks, of course please feel free to request it to be removed.
