My treatment provider, James, was receptive, attentive, and considerate whilst I underwent laser tattoo removal - far more painful than I could have ever anticipated! Afterwards, he made me a hot chocolate and invited me to sit in the waiting room while I collected myself after suffering a little bit of 'shock' from the procedure. Ella from the front desk went the extra mile to check in regularly, ensuring that I was safe and comfortable. Despite the inevitable pain, I would highly recommend Victoria's Cosmetic Medical Clinic for anyone seeking laser tattoo removal. Staff are kind, considerate, and overall lovely; and I felt very welcomed and cared for throughout my visit.

Lovely, calm, sweet-smelling environment. Greeted pleasantly and treated with respect and care and a sense of familiarity. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Victoria's Medical Clinic and would personally recommend Claire. We had an excellent experience at Victoria's Cosmetic Medical Clinic for my daughter's ear piercings. Very clean, professional and friendly.
