Excellent service and good value for money! Professional advice perfect! I will certainly recommend to family and friends! However ... waiting area does need an upgrade, with 'new higher sofas and chair', for oldies like me! (Sofas are too low!)

For the first time ever, I forgot my appointment and my consultant rang me at the appointed time when I did not show. I was able to leave immediately and still have my treatment within the given time. Very happy with the care and professionalism of those with whom I dealt.

My first impression was very average. The new receptionist needs a lot of training she was not helpful. I was not given any paper work to fill in as this was my first time. The lady who performed the procedure was very good. My call to make the original booking was terrible, I thought I had phoned the wrong place.

I arrived for my appointment on time on the hour. 18 minutes had passed and I enquired how long my appointment would be as I had a limited time before I had to return to work. The receptionist, who I suspect was in training, couldn't tell me how long it would be, but that a late customer had set the schedule back. Another worker overheard and followed up with the person my appointment was with - another 10 minutes. I was disappointed that I didn't get into my appointment until 30 minutes after it was scheduled for. And disappointed that reception probably wouldn't have informed me if I hadn't followed it up. I think you need to have a late arrival policy - cancelling an appointmwnt if 10 minutes late or something - otherwise it inconveniences all the clients for that day seeing that practitioner, and it really put me out.

I have had various treatments at Victoria's over what is probably more than 10 years now. I am confident that my treatments are the most up to date available and appreciate the advice provided and friendliness of the staff.

Id like to suggest that the room I was in, as I was looking at the ceiling, lots of cobwebs up there and around the window, perhaps a good vacuum, something that you dont do often, lay on your back in the room as you are providing the service. Overall service was great and the knowledge and info was great.
