Disappointing. No apparent changes. Ankle with osteoarthritis. Low expectation confirmed. Lumbar pain not alleviated. Neck pain unchanged. This might be the source of problem with balance! Perhaps a warning that the laser treatment might not work should have been shared with me. Does this indicate that the staff are not professionals? Training required! Past results could be shared so the patient can assess if the treatment might not work on my issues! Then time and money is not wasted. Sorry I cannot be more positive. Kind regards, David Green

Dear Mr Green I am sorry that you have not had any improvement in your conditions. It is always explained at consultation that this treatment is not for everyone that is why we suggest that you start with two weeks of treatment and then make a decision as to whether it is working or not. If there has been no change with your discomfort then possibly it is not recommended to proceed however if slight improvement then definitely worth proceeding further. This treatment is successful in 70 - 80% of clients. These things are normally explained at the beginning of your treatment as it is part of the consultation protocols. My low level laser staff have all been fully trained in this treatment and its processes. If you would like to talk with me further then please make an appointment on 63310377. Very difficult to evaluate value for money until received a number of treatments! Friday received a little more time on my ankle, as requested. Ankle considerably less painful when walking up hill, today, Saturday. Will treatment continue until next session? time will tell. Feel hopeful! David

Thank you yesterday was my first experience with you. The staff were so kind, knowledgeable and friendly. Sometimes when I got a new person/clinic I feel a little apprehensive, but everyone I met was so welcoming and lovely. Thank you I intend on becoming a regular client.
