The consultant I had was very gentle and professional. She had a very pleasant demeanour and created a comfortable environment. The facial was mostly enjoyable but I felt the massage component of the experience was lacking and was a bit of a let down given it features quite strongly in the description of a classic facial.

The team was great and I felt very looked after and pampered. The shellac nail service was perfect and they have a wide range of colours.
