Fantastic experience! I went to Urban Chic to help correct a hair disaster from another salon and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Amy took the time to listen to my concerns and help come up with a plan to create a look I'd be happy with. I'm very happy with both the colour and cut. Her advice for maintaining a healthy scalp and hair was invaluable too! A great experience all round.
