The hairdresser was really trying to be nice but I could tell she was under the pump or didn’t want to be at work. She rushed my hair and the quality of my blow dry was very poor.

My stylist lacked confidence in suggesting a cut - even left my chair to ask someone else how they would cut my hair. Then, left it up to me. I was more than happy to try her thoughts on how it could look, and made that known to her.

Firstly thank you for your review, I always appreciate any feed back we receive, my apologies you felt your stylist lacked confidence, she is newly qualified and still finding her feet in some areas of cutting, so when she has a style she isn't overly confident with I encourage her to seek advice from my other stylists for guidance, has this left you unhappy with your result or just your experience ? Quite disappointed with my wash & style. Process was slow and style was very average. I expected a more professional finish. It did not hold at all and as such the price $91 was very shocking.
