I am one of those difficult customers coming to grips with LOTS of grey hair growing through way to fast! (and still dealing with denial). The team at Urban Chic have been so support and Amy has been amazing! We discussed a strategy to deal with grey integration and despite wanting to just dye it all brown again.... they have been empathetic, professional and supportive while we stay on the 'integration' track.
