Sass made me feel comfortable from first greeting. Really listened to what I wanted after I had a terrible experience at another hairdresser. I feel myself again after this haircut, it's perfect. Such a reasonably priced salon and nice and relaxing atmosphere

The team at Urban Chic always delivers. From the moment you arrive until you leave, they are professional, friendly and responsive. They offer suggestions backed by detailed knowledge and experience. Whether it be a regular visit or, as happened late last year, an emergency rescue after a visit to another salon for a formal styling went wrong (what was my daughter thinking!!), they go above and beyond to offer the best possible service.
