I am always hesitant to try new places but it was a really good first time experience here. Great value for money and I left with a beautiful cut and colour. Have already recommended to others. Only thing to improve on would be clarifying the time for the appointment as it went twice as long as expected.

Carla was very attentive and thorough, creating a color that was a bit different for me but A color that I love. All aspects of the salon and service were great would definitely recommend this salon.

Always enjoy having my hair done at Urban Chic... just don't like the waiting around sometimes in between colour, shampoo and cut. I know the timing can't always be perfect and you guys are busy (which is good).
