i have been coming to this hairdressing salon for over 15 years or more.. The staff are lovely, very professional . Thankyou. The cost has risen of course over that time. As for all, i find it challenging to afford, however, so far, I find the money as I always leave feeling better about myself.

Roksana is great. I wouldn't recommend the salon because most of my friends wouldn't pay so much. However, I would always speak positively about everything but the price.

Enjoy the experience. The water could have been a bit warmer for washing out colour etc. The two younger girls don’t try to make much conversation but guessing they are learning and currently building on their social interactions. Appreciated so much that I could make an appointment and have the same person cut my hair who did it in the past, Also much, much appreciated that you all were able to fit in a hair cut for my husband at short notice. Don’t over do the asking about do you have shampoos etc as it was obviously product selling is very pushed, our daughter has been a hairdresser so understand but was asked too many times. But thanks to you all for an enjoyable and satisfied experience today, we don’t give tens as we believe there is always room for improvement. Again THANKS hope to see you all in a couple of months Cheers

Great service great results. However very pricey compared to other Zincs & high end salons around town which offer same service & outcomes. This is main reason I’ve gone elsewhere and only go occasionally to this salon if I can’t get an appointment elsewhere when required.

Booked online and happy with prices shown. When paid bill was an extra $100. Not sure why? If extras are added on during visit this needs to be told to clients and prices explained.

Had a wonderful experience here. The staff are all super lovely and really take the time to make you feel special and welcome. My hair turned out exactly how I wanted it. Only downfall was the price. When I booked online, it said $195 (subject to change). I almost fell off my chair when the stylist quoted me up when I arrived and it was over double that! I was already seated with cape etc on so was hard to say no at that point. I’m just disappointed at the lack of ability for hairdressers to give an accurate price without having to go into a salon. It seems to be the same everywhere though. Again, I am really happy with the cut and colour and enjoyed my time in the salon. I will know better next time and have to do physically visit stores now for a quote prior to booking which is frustrating and time wasting.
