I was not happy with my hair cut last time I went and provided feedback This time it was OK but I am seriously thinking of moving to someone else My haircut is very basic concave at the back and long sides it has not been good the last 2 visits. This time the back was too short and not concave enough looks straight and the sides and shape are not right I would no longer recommend this salon

I have been going to Zink at Unley for many years and this cut and style was the worse I have ever had the salon was busy and short staffed. I waited a lot between colour and washing and the cut was rushed Michelle cut and washed another clients hair whilst someone else dried mine before the cut was finished. One side of my hair (bob with a concave back and long sides-not a hard cut and one I have had for years)is ragged and badly cut because it was longer than the other side which I had to point out to the hairdresser and the fix was botched due to hurrying. The sides were not long enough and the back was straight not concave-very upset this cost me $194.00) I will go back for a cut and then a couple of weeks later a colour-I understand things get busy but I would rather have been cancelled than have a botched haircut which people at work have already commented on the right side of my hair being raggy

Hair isn’t straight Missed bits that should have been taken off The lady was very rude Paid more attention looking around at other people instead of doing my hair Spent a lot of money on a poor job, will be going somewhere else in the future Poor poor effort.

This place was quite hectic I had to wait well past my appointment time. Average haircut but wasn’t bad although I felt like she didn’t pay much attention to what I wanted. Also were extremely pushy when trying to sell me products to take with me afterwards. I suffer from social anxiety and felt backed into a corner. I ended up buying things I didn’t want neither could afford because I felt backed into a corner. I do expect when I go to a hair salon these days for them to upsell products I know that part isn’t specific to this salon they were just extra pushy about it. I do wish salons wouldn’t do it though, it’s expensive enough as it is just to get a haircut without the additional pressure of buying more products and this is the reason I get my haircut as little as possible

Very sexist environment. All assistants are young women with male running the salon. It feels very old fashioned 50’s ugh. Service is ok. Also notice the turnover of assistance v high so that feels as though working contracts v poor for the assistants? The prices are absurd for a haircut & have increased 3 times in a year. Good cut.

Hair colour stain on my face. Always a big sales pitch re: products - find every time I come I feel pressured to buy products.
