All our technicians are qualified paramedical dermal clinicians, specialising in skin health and rejuvenation whilst also being trained in beauty therapy. Our team is committed to keeping up to date with the latest technologies, treatments and protocols to ensure excellent attention to detail with results driven treatments. Ongoing education is paramount and we willingly invest our time to gain futher knowledge abd insight into all things skin. We are and love educating clients to help them achieve the best skin health possible.

This salon is all about providing a results driven experience. I would not say it is relaxing but it is achieves results which is what I want. Liz and Emily know how skin works and how their DMK products will help your specific issues - they are impressice. It's quite incredible and they are very focused on ensuring they get your skin looking healthier and better. That's their focus and for me, that's the type of beautician I want. I had a treatment two weeks ago and had not such a great reaction. Liz followed me up a few days after the treatment, I told her what my skin was doing. As well as reassuring me it was normal given my skin was dehydrated, she also found time for me on the weekend and asked me to come in, free of charge, for a review and quick facial. THat is going above and beyond. ANd it worked. My skin is looking amazing and i am a real advocate for Liz and the team at Universal Beauty. Not many beauticians will do that... products are expensive though and I sometimes feel there is too much product push. I would prefer a simpler routine but I appreciate Universal Beauty is very results focused so there is a reason for all the products I am sure!
