The salon was clean and organised and had no issues at all. The location is great too, perfectly located in Rundle Mall. My hair stylist was really nice and friendly and worked well with me to get the haircut details just right. I was also pleasantly surprised to learn that she was Japanese and we were able to talk about hair care differences between western and Japanese cultures which was really interesting and helpful. I would love to have her style my hair the next time too. 10/10 will come again

Dear Underground team, I love coming to your salon. I feel special and honestly liked for who I am. The only things which would definitely help me, and quite obviously you, is easier access..even if it's one of those funny chairs on the banister!!!!! and a toilet on the same level as the salon. Obviously there will reach a time when my knees will refuse to co-operate with my desires to be spoiled, and I'll just have to wave to you as I go past. In the meantime, I will have to see you before I become a target for a paratroopist!!! Love, Harmony and Light to you all, Alexa.
