This is my second time going there. The first time I loved how my hair turned out . This time when I went , it wasn’t the same person who did my hair as she was not working on that day. I wanted to do keratin but they ended up doing something that I didn’t ask for called peptin, this doesn’t last for around a month. When I asked her to explain why and what they have done , they were very mean and didn’t answer properly. This would be the last time I ever go to them . Hated them .

If you don’t know how to do a hair cut, or it’s unrealistic for the person or it’s not something you’re confident with, you should say so and discuss with the client. I left with a terrible terrible hair cut and I feel like an idiot.

Not a good experience. As soon as I got there I didn't feel welcome, the lady doing my hair didn't introduce herself and seemed annoyed I didn't have any reference photos. We looked at photos of balyages and discussed colour, again she seemed annoyed. Multiple times she dropped things and continued to use them. My hair looks like it just has lots of individual highlights now, definitely not what any of the photos we looked at.

Poor quality haircut, didn't look good. She used a straight edge Razor to cut my hair instead of scissors.

After being very clear with instructions, the hairdresser still got it wrong. I asked for a number 3 on the sides and she did a 1.5. I would have thought this is rather easy. My hair looked terrible and it has caused me lots of embarrassment. Then after admitting she made a mistake i was still charged $40. I did appreciate that she admitted to getting it wrong, but being charged this amount for a horrendous haircut is ridiculous. Although she has offered to fix it in 2 weeks, i still will not risk coming back, but did also appreciate the offer, even though for 2 weeks i look terrible. I will not be returning.

I didnt feel as if i was listened to with my requests and feel as if they did a poor job on purpose so i would have to go back again. The money i spent was not equivilant to the job and effort that was done.The colour i asked for and the colour i received was completely different.
