Comment
Four hours for colour and cut with 35 minutes sat at a sink for a second time not good. The cut and colour required was no different to past times. Colour is not what I have and I am not happy with it. The second member of staff did the cut and was good enough to apologise for first staff members treatment and asked me to call when covenant to put right. Which I will do.
