I would like to say a big thank you to Romy! You did an amazing job with my hair today. I came in with just wanting highlights and I feel that I left with more. You were wonderful to converse with and explained the whole process through with me, and talk about what you would recommend on the next visit. Being a fist-time client, I was most impressed with the Hair Studio’s owner, Cally’s charm, her offers of assistance in seeking out a different brand of hair colour for which I had expressed a leaning. And her overall in-put regarding the blend of colours which were ultimately used. The application by Alan, a relative newcomer to The Hair studio was professional and the whole procedure went smoothly, followed by a blow-out with Alan using his particularly unique “twirly” brush motion which gave a full and gentle wave to the completed task. I was very happy with the result. As an added touch of professionalism, upon leaving, Cally informed me that I should “see how it goes” and if there are any tweaks I would prefer to have made to the colours, I should pass this on to her next time I visit her Salon. I look forward to visiting The Hair Studio again in approximately five weeks’ time.
