This was my first time having my hair done in Cairns, and I chose Hair Studio based on the glowing reviews I’d read — they were spot on. From the moment I arrived, the experience was welcoming and professional. The staff were clear and upfront about the process and pricing, which I really appreciated. Since my appointment was a longer one, I was offered a selection of hot and cold drinks — such a thoughtful touch that made the experience feel even more client-focused. I was made to feel comfortable throughout, and the level of professionalism was outstanding. I’d happily recommend this salon to anyone looking for excellent service and genuine care.
