The staff member was lovely, knowledgeable and professional. Shame that her day was so overbooked that she had to leave my colour on for so long, which then ate into the time for me cut. I came in for a colour and cut at 1.30pm. After 3hrs she only had time to do the colour, a ten minute treatment while in the sink, then quick blow dry. I was going to book for a cut on Friday but then the cost was $359. Which I didn't feel was value for money. Again, I do not feel the staff member was the issue, rather your booking system or the fact that your staff did not seem to help or work with each other. To the point the environment felt as though your staff work beside or in close proximity to each other but not with each other as a team.

My appointment was for 3pm. I was called in advance and asked if I could come 30mins later which was fine. I arrived at 330pm and didn’t get seen until 4. My partner was also booked in and didn’t get seen until 2 hours after his appointment. Sue to the lateness of his appointment I asked the hairdresser to stop styling my hair and begin my partners as we had dinner reservations and were already 2 hours behind schedule. The second hairdresser finished her client and began cleaning up, I was quite disappointed she didn’t offer to finish styling my hair. We were then charged full price for the service and no apology for running so behind schedule. We are happy with the haircuts but extremely disappointed at the lateness and lack of sympathy for this.

The service was professional and friendly. I'm happy with the colour, it's a little darker than expected, but I know it will wash out over time. However, I wasn’t very happy with the cut. The layers are quite short and the fringe has been thinned out too much. Overall, I feel quite disappointed and I’m struggling to style it now. I haven’t been to a hair salon in a very long time and thought I would treat myself. From this experience, I don’t think I’ll go to another one again. I’m not sure if I asked for the wrong thing, but I feel a little unsure about the end result. Regarding the price, I was quoted $315 (including the deposit), but ended up paying $405, which was quite a big jump from what I expected. It would be helpful if the final cost, including the deposit, was made clearer beforehand.

The customer service and overall feel of the place is very nice. I came in and asked for specifically what I wanted which was some thinning of my hair so its lighter and a trim off the bottom. The lady who was doing my hair recommended for me not to do thatbecause it will cause it to have more volume when it grows. I said I understood but that didn't matter to me because I just needed it to be thinned and I don't mind cutting it again to maintain it. She washed my hair then sat me down and explained to me the situation and that she was just going to trim it. At this point I wasn't going to explain myself again as she obviously didn't want to do what I wanted. Overall, I'm just a bit disappointed that I had to pay $150 for a trim off the bottom. Especially when booking online it said $90-$100. I also agreed to a treatment which made my total around $210.
