I booked a 30 minute Healite treatment. However, they only had the light on for 13 minutes (they told me this before they turned the light on). Normally, in other places in Sydney, if you book a 20 or 30 min light session that's how long you're under the light. So, my low rating for quality of service reflects that experience. If you're only going to give the client 13 min under the Healite you should put that in the description. If I had known I wouldn't have booked this service. That being said, everyone there was friendly and knowledgeable.
