I have been 4 times for a hydrafacial now this was the first time I did the level 3, and I am very happy with the results. I appreciated the advice provided by the practitioner too.

Have better lighting in the treatment rooms Lights were too bright, should be dimmed, a facial light should rather be used.

Hello, I was a new customer today and came in for my first visit for a hydrafacial. I've had many hydrafacials over the years and I would rate it a 7/10. I would have been satisfied with that but I was disappointed to start my appointment almost 15 minutes late. I don't usually mind a late start but given my appointment was at 9:20am, and I arrived at 9:00am, I was surprised to not be brought back until 9:35am. And that probably wouldn't really have bothered me too much but I paid for a Level 2 hydrafacial, which is a 40 minute appointment, and I walked out the front door, after paying and asking a few questions, at 9:09am. So, basically I received a 30 minute treatment. This made me quite unhappy.

I had a great treatment with another therapist before and that’s why I return but unfortunately this therapist left the clinic and I had to see someone else. The treatment (skin needling) wasn’t as good and thorough as it was before. I did not receive any info or was asked any questions about areas of concern, instructions at the end were minimal and different from was I was told before. It was clearly not done properly and it felt like a waste of money. The clinic is nice, the receptionists are attentive and the owners seem lovely but it really depends on who you get your treatment with and this time I was left disappointed.

i’m actually quite upset with my treatment i felt jordan was quite rough and got a lot of product in my eye and it was stinging. i feel like there was a lack of care and i’m normally extremely happy and loved coming to the clinic and always have such a wonderful experience with Bridget and I was just very disappointed after today. I normally rave to all my friends about how wonderful my experiences is when I come there but after today I just feel like there was a real lack of care and roughness during my treatment. I’ve never had a hydro facial where I’ve walked out with my jacket wet and my ears soaking. I I don’t like leaving negative reviews. I just feel like this is not the normal experience I have when I come here…

Today’s appointment was extremely rushed and gave conflicting advice to my last session. I didn’t feel I got much out of the treatment which is quite disappointing.
