I have been a client at Jae's salon since day 1, 21 years ago. During that time, Jae & his team have continued to give me great hair & have become more like a family than just a hair salon. Every visit is different but I always have fun, relax with a glass of bubbles, chat to other clients or just soak up the ambience around me. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I came in to get silver highlights in my black hair. J took care of me and it was an absolutely perfect experience! He greeted me with such kindness and care, offering me coffee and biscuits before and throughout my hair appointment. The service was efficient and timely, and J engaged in very friendly conversation with me while also respecting my own space when I wanted to read (or nap). The environment was very clean, bright, calm, and comfortable. I never felt uncomfortable once. I could tell how seriously J takes his work: it took almost 2.5 hrs to let the bleach settle into my dark hair, but not once did J rush the process. He wanted my hair to get as close to white as possible because that's exactly what I wanted. I appreciated his patience and transparency when telling me about the colouring process. This is also one of the few places that stocks silver toner--most salons I researched before choosing Suite J don't carry silver toner (instead they use purple toner, which creates grey when added to bleached hair). My final hair looked fabulous and exceeded my expectations by 100000. Everyone I know keeps tell me how cool it looks; and everyone I walk by can't stop staring/giving me compliments. Thanks, Suite J, for the coolest hairdo ever!
