I've been going to Suite J since I moved to melb. I've had extensions done there, I've had my hair cut, I've had my highlights done,etc over the last 4.5 years. I've only ever been given expert advice on what I can or cannot do based on the condition of my hair. Jae and his team are focused on giving you what you want only if it won't damage your hair or make you unhappy. As with all salons and hair types sometimes things don't come out exactly as planned. That said on the rare occasion that's happened they try other options on the spot or you can return for free and they'll accommodate. The advice I've received has always been to suit what's best for my skin tone or hair condition. I've referred several ppl here and they always been satisfied. It's not the cheapest not the most expensive but I believe you get what you pay for and in my experience it's always been high quality and high value at Suite J! I'll never go anywhere else in melb.

I have been visiting Jae and his crew for just on 16years. From the moment I walk in the door, eyes peer up from around the salon for just a moment to say hi! I'm one of the lucky ones who gets a great big hug from Jae. Soon enough I settle in, am offered a latte or champagne...it's just like that! Jae and I talk about what we're working towards and the magic begins. Throughout the process, we laugh and talk and sing and laugh and cut hair and laugh. It's not just a hair cut I'm getting with Jae, I'm catching up with one of my closets friends! Jae goes above and beyond to make sure what u wanted and what you have, has been achieved. Do yourself a favour and visit Suite J.

Amazing colour results, better than I had hoped! Lovely staff in an inviting environment, With none of the pretension that you might get in a comparable quality salon.

Highly recommend Suite J to everyone. As soon as you walk in the staff are so friendly and inviting that you instantly feel at home. I've never experienced a salon like it! Their expertise is second to none and understand exactly what you're after. I've been going to this salon for over 20 years, they literally feel like family. If you haven't had the Suite J experience yet DO IT!!!

I've been having my hair done here for 21 years. The current team of stylists make up one of the best mix of talents Jae's ever had. They've always got the latest in products and technologies. I trust them implicitly & I'd be lost without them.
