Today I had an unusual experience in and amoung many amazing visits. I always feel you guys provide a wonderful experience. Today I was sat next to the stylist Stephen. He was so off putting that checked his name so I could give feedback. He gave odd negative stairs, commented on our conversation to correct what was being talked about and commanded his client around in a way I felt was unprofessional. He didn’t smile once that I could see. He seemed totally out of place in such a friendly and welcoming environment.
